About Pat

Patrick Stark has been kayaking on Georgian Bay for over 15 years. He is an avid outdoorsman who regularly enjoys kayaking, alpine (off piste) skiing, running, hiking and extreme croquet.

Patrick has spent a significant portion of every summer of his life on Georgian Bay and has developed a deep appreciation for the Bay and for the environment in general.

Patrick tries to be environmentally conscious in all aspects of his life. He buys his electricity from Bullfrog Power (100% green electricity), he carbon offsets all his air and automotive travel, buys local organic produce, meat and dairy, and tries to generally "tread lightly". Patrick will be applying the principles of "Leave No Trace" camping throughout the expedition.
